Dear Green Cow:We had a wonderful visit last week to your farm. Our class of over 60 USC Marshall School's Executive MBA stdetnus really enjoyed the lunch. These are well travelled executives, but they thought the food in your farm was superb. One student even made a comment: the best food, not only in China, but also in all other places that I visited . Thank you.

One of my job duties is to pofrerm ECG's. This chapter has helped me understand the need for ECG's in medical diagnosis. An ECG is a recording of the hearts electrical activity. Interpretation of the ECG tells us what rhythm the heart is in, whether it be normal or one of the many arrhythmias. Say a person is in SVT (supraventricular tachycardia), we know by tracing the electrical abnormalities that the problem lies in the ventricular conduction system and the heart is beating too fast. The importance of the ECG being correctly done has a huge impact on the person's diagnosis and treatment. In general, having a clearer understanding of cardiac disorders helps me to help our patients. We often send people to the cath lab, real quick and in a hurry. If a person comes in with MI symptoms, we have 10 minutes to have an ECG completed. Often we have a person who is having an acute MI out of our ER to the cardiac cath lab in less than 20 minutes. This speedy process often has patients families wondering what the hell just happened. I am now better able to help families understand what happened to their loved one and how we are attempting to fix it. I can explain how a cath works, from the wire fed balloon with the stent that is wire fed through the femoral artery to how it is placed in the stenosed portion of the artery, expanding it to allow proper blood flow to the tissues of the body. All in all the heart is my favorite part of the human anatomy to study.
While I love all of your posts, this one is my favorite in a long time. It truly is about the ltilte things and just doing things together. From the obvious love between you and your husband to the joy on your kids' faces on the swings, this post is so sweet, warm, and real. Looks like you had a wonderful day. http://dfodwoxj.com wcwmhcf [link=http://ksrtitlvnj.com]ksrtitlvnj[/link]
